The Recruitment Consultant will be a key addition to a dynamic and rapidly growing Recruitment and Business Coaching company operating in the Energy, Water and Telecommunications industries.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Engagement Director, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for delivering their sales targets, and keeping their reporting accurate and up to date. They will be responsible for seeking out and building relationships with new clients, as well as strengthening and maintaining existing client relationships. They will be responsible for demonstrating a commitment to their self development through training and the acquisition of new skills.  They will be expected to be a team player, supportive of their colleagues.

Your profile

The successful candidate will be dedicated to collaborating with others to achieve success.  They will have an entrepreneurial drive and be passionate about creating new business opportunities through building ever stronger relationships though an ever expanding their client base.  They will demonstrate personal integrity and a commitment to the business and the team.  They will be passionate about achieving the best outcomes for their clients.

They will have at least 2 to 4 years’ experience in recruitment. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of achieving and overachieving against sales targets, and of identifying and developing new business opportunities.  Experience in the utilities or communications industries is preferred, but not essential.

They will be a self starter, ready, capable and willing to grow their role and responsibilities as the business grows.  They will be able to leverage their experience to hit the ground running and make an impact from their first day.
