The role:

The Governance Services Analyst will be responsible for the end to end delivery of allocated DCUSA/SPAA Change Proposals, ensuring all quantitative and qualitative service levels are met. Deliver additional value-adding services to DCUSA/SPAA working groups, the DCUSA Panel/ SPAA Executive Committee and other Customers.  They will be expected to develop personal skills and understanding to be acknowledged as a subject matter expert by customers and industry; To effectively engage with key DCUSA/SPAA stakeholders to develop productive working relationships, promote the organisation and deliver business benefits; To lead by example to promote excellent customer service and use feedback to inform customer service strategies. This role will be a key part of the team responsible for the day to day delivery of the code administration services.

Your responsibilities:

This role includes responsibility for Technical Secretary and support to industry Working Groups;  Acting as lead analyst for allocated Code Change Proposals; Change control administration of the code documents; Content administration of the websites, and customer support including first and second line responsibility for answering customer queries.

Your profile:

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre candidate with strong personal motivation and energy industry experience who delivers tasks to the required quality standards. Essential experience and skills include:  A minimum of one years’ experience in the gas or electricity industry – operational, regulatory or governance;  Excellent written and verbal communications skills;  An excellent standard of written English and experience writing technical minutes; A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work;  A high degree of professionalism and personal integrity;  Attention to detail and desire to deliver a quality service;  Strong organisational skills including ability to manage and prioritise workload;  Excellent administrative skills including document management and IT skills including competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook at the minimum.
