Sarah is a consultant specializing in business change and development, from strategy to delivery. She leads and supports organisations through change, identifying opportunities for performance improvements to meet the dual challenges of increasing customer expectations and the regulatory drive for innovation at minimal cost.

Sarah is a water industry expert, having worked across a wide range of demanding and high profile roles at Southern Water. She has over 20 years experience in the Utilities sector, most recently as Head of Project Delivery at ELEXON (who sit at the heart of the electricity industry) and Business Change Manager for Southern Water’s transformation portfolio.

Sarah has proven capability to lead and co-ordinate multiple initiatives and teams (including matrix and offshore teams). Experienced in working at portfolio level, she has headed a project delivery team (including a PMO) and led change management activities for a cross-functional business transformation portfolio.

With a background in managing property services and customer services, Sarah always has the customer in mind, be they internal or external. Joanne Radway (Forster Environmental Solution Ltd, IWTO, Environment Agency)

With a focus on International and European Union (EU) legislation in the fields of environment and sustainability, including contacts in EU institutions and international organisations, Joanne supports clients via her consultancy business on a diverse range of issues and challenges.

Recent clients include the International Wool Textile Organisation (IWTO), based in Brussels, supporting an expansive portfolio of policy monitoring and advocacy, including Brexit, TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership), TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership), European Commission (EC) consultations, animal welfare, product labelling and life cycle analysis/circular economy. Matt Collinson (Energetics, Igloo Energy, LexisNexis)

Matt is a commercial lawyer currently working both independently and through four of the UK’s top 20 law firms. As well as general commercial work, Matt specialises in energy, technology, strategic outsourcing and infrastructure projects. Matt was previously general counsel and part of the leadership team at OVO Energy, Britain’s 10th fastest growing private business in 2014. Mark Couldrick

Mark was the Operations Director at ELEXON where he was responsible for 55 employees, delivering the day-to-day business-as-usual services under the Balancing & Settlement Code. Having left London Electricity PLC after 20 years service and looking for new challenges, he became part of the team that brought the 1998 Trading Arrangements to the market. He has worked in the electricity industry for over 35 years and has been instrumental in delivering industry projects since 1998: 1998 Programme; TA2000 Entry Processes Project for Agent Deregulation; New Electricity Trading Arrangements (NETA) and the British Electricity Trading and Transmission Arrangements (BETTA). Mark has extensive experience in the Electricity Market and has demonstrable knowledge of the end to end services and commercial delivery from the initial implementation of NETA, successful operational management of live market operations, service consolidation, re-procurement and implementation of BSC Central Services. In 2009, as part of the re-procurement of BSC Central Services, he Project Managed the successful implementation of this highly complex project to time, quality and budget. Mark is a highly skilled all-rounder, whether managing small or large operational teams, high profile projects, developing business strategies or carrying out detailed analysis. He is an excellent communicator and influencer with experience in engagement at executive and board level. He has a strong customer service background, and his successes are always based on a foundation of providing excellent customer service.
