Vallum Associates aims to fill a major percentage of vacancies but we have a number of contracts with 3rd party agencies in order to ensure the remaining staffing requirements are met. Agencies recommended by the client will be considered as 3rd party suppliers also.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Vallum will provide an end to end internal recruitment function with a member of the Vallum team working at the Clients Site on a day to day basis.

Vallum’s recruitment team will work with you on a specific project providing industry insight as well as their services. This service typically has a defined start and end date allowing clients to manage their cost.
Vallum will become a part of your PSL (preferred supplier List) and source candidates (permanent and interim) on a contingency or retained basis as and when you require our resourcing support. We will assign an account manager who will be a single point of contact and become an extension of your internal HR capability.
