Some clients like us to take on the role of Master Vendor, where we are fully subcontracted to manage all aspects of your staffing requirements, and to work with third party agencies on your behalf if you wish and if needed.

Other clients like Recruitment Process Outsourcing, where we provide an end-to-end internal recruitment function, with a member of our team working on your site on a day-to-day basis.

A third option is our customisable RPO Solution which combines our recruiting expertise with state-of-the-art technologies and sophisticated methodologies to help you streamline your recruitment processes, enhance your candidates’ experience, and improve the quality and the fit of those you hire. This is usually project-based, with a firm start and end date, giving you the benefit of fixed spend.

Or we could simply become part of your Preferred Supplier List and source both permanent and interim candidates for you – either on a contingency or a retained basis. You’ll get your own dedicated Account Manager to call on as and when you need, and we’ll act as an extension of your HR team
